When you sign up for our free assessment, our newsletter or one of our courses, or when you make a purchase, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name and email address. If you buy a course, we also process the information needed to complete your purchase.

We use this information to deliver the assessment, the course or the product you requested, to manage your access to our courses and to send you emails about our site and courses, for example registration details, course content, updates or surveys.

When you provide us with personal information to sign up, make a purchase or take part in a course, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or give you the opportunity to say no.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. You can also withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued use of your information, at any time by writing to gaby@fantasticlife.net.

Our website, our sign-up forms, our email newsletter and our online courses run on the platform systeme.io. systeme.io stores and processes your data on our behalf, for example your name, email address, course progress and purchases. If you make a purchase, the payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card details ourselves. Payments are encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase data is only kept as long as necessary to complete the transaction and to meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Our videos are embedded from Vimeo. When you play a video, Vimeo may collect data about your device and usage. Our books are sold on Amazon, and we link to our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. When you follow these links, you leave our website, and the privacy policies of these providers apply.

Some of these providers may be located in a country other than yours or ours. In that case your information may be subject to the laws of that country.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are set by systeme.io. They are needed for the website and the courses to work (for example to keep you logged in) and to measure how the website is used. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or to refuse cookies. Some parts of the website may not work properly without cookies.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL). However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We keep your personal information for as long as you are subscribed to our emails or have access to a course, and afterwards only as long as required by law.

Depending on where you live, data protection law (for example the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection or the EU General Data Protection Regulation) gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format.
